“Paradise in Perigord”

We hoped for two weeks of rest and peace and found this paradise. We had the privilege to enjoy the comfort of the gite Tulipes with our private terrasse and the marvelous pool! Thanks to Gerald we spent wonderful evenings and dinners at L'Auberge de l'Esperance and Comptoir de l'Abbaye - Merci Beaucoup!

This was a great stay in the Perigord and the location was perfect for exploring the region. Gerard made the experience personal and had great suggestions for things to do in the local area. He served a delicious breakfast outdoors with something new to try every day! Surroundings were quiet with beautiful wild meadow views from the pool. As there are only a few rooms, it was calm and relaxing with plenty of space for everyone. Facilities in the room were wonderful, including a large fridge, kettle and microwave to make your own meals. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you Gerard!

What a beautiful little gitte with everything you need. Our host Gerard was so helpful, welcoming and friendly. Thank you Gerard. The room was clean and spacious with those little touches to make it a home from home. Breakfast was lovely with homemade bread and crepes and fresh fruit. Loved it.

Superb location and great breakfasts. Pool with good shade was lovely set in amazing countryside. The accommodation was ideal for two, comfortable and had everything we could need.
