“Very good evening meal”
Arrive earlier than planned and the hotel was closed, so had an hour to wait in a bar down the road. There was somewhere secure and dry to store my bike. Very good evening meal at the hotel, and lovely breakfast before setting off up the hill on my bicycle

The property is lovely, unfortunately the restaurant was not open this time but we have been here before and the food is 10/10 👌. The proprietor could not be more helpful, motorbike in the garage, and recommending where to eat in his chef’s absence. We even stopped outside on our way back home just to sort our route, and he bought us over drinks on the house! Top guy 👍👍

“A gem of a hotel, great service, great restaurant, lovely stay”
This is a gem of a hotel! It’s located in a characterful old building, lovely decorated. The rooms are spacious and clean, some with balcony (although there can be a bit of traffic on the road below). Everything is full of nice touches that show the passion and attention to detail that the owner put in. The (authentic Italian) restaurant is fabulous and definitely something you should try if you’re staying in the hotel. There is a beautiful banquet room for the restaurant. Breakfast is nice and intimate, set up in the bar of the hotel. Service is exceptional: true classic “service with a smile”. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. Our room had forest and mountain scenes, providing a pleasant start to the day. Hotel has a restaurant downstairs. I suggest you try lamb meat and pasta.

Breakfast was European and very nice. Location was excellent for the destination we were heading towards. Owner and staff helpful and friendly. Could have parked motorcycle in the garage!
