Great house in a great location

“A hidden gem in the centre of Le Bois”

A lovely house, a stone’s throw from the centre of Le Bois. Generally very well equipped, particularly the kitchen. Great communal spaces including the living room and outdoor space. Lovely to have a plancha as well as a barbecue outside. Plenty of seating outside too. The downstairs main bedroom/en-suite is beautiful.

The house is very comfortable for a group, and is extremely convenient for shops, market, beach and travel. We all appreciated having the pool to soak in after hot days out and enjoyed using the barbecue and the well equipped kitchen. We were able to hire bikes from a shop just a few minutes walk away and non cyclists were able to use the free tourist bus around the island. The town market was open every day that we were there and we loved being able to browse at leisure.

Our flight was delayed over an hour and the host met us at 9pm outside the agreed window, which was above and beyond expectations. We were all very grateful. The property was situated in an excellent location, close to the shops, market, restaurants and Carrefour. Easy access to the bus and free shuttle bus. The pool was ideal, warm and clean and serviced whilst we were there. There was an outside grill which was perfect for sunny evening cooking, near the rest of the group.
