Hotel L’ocean is located in Le Bois-Plage-en-Re, on the Ile de Re. Just 800 metres from the beach, it offers an outdoor swimming pool and wellness centre. Loved the decor, beds were very comfortable and a beautiful very clean, peaceful hotel in a lovely location. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. The only thing we missed was a kettle to make a hot drink and sit on balcony.

“Very satisfactory and good value”
An amazing property run by wonderfully enthusiastic and knowledgeable people. Breakfast was really good and dinner brilliant. Swimming pool was an unexpected bonus and the pretty garden restful. The room was fine, a large comfortable bed and clean shower. The whole place was a joy but we will come back when it is a little busier. How ever we knew it Monday/ Tuesday out of season.

A small little hotel perfectly placed in a village on Ile de Rey. Easy to get about by car or bike and visit the Ile and its Cracking beaches.
