“Nice relaxing hotel close to the main area”

Lovely bar and wellness centre

Amazing hotel! Very family and dog friendly. Perfect location for walking to Lazise with a nearby playground. Rosie and staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond multiple times during our stay. The usage of hotel bicycles were included in the stay and Rosie even had a child seat and child trailer installed on one of the bikes and we rode to Bardolino. There's a cinema, a spa, a kids game room (split into a toddler area with a ball pit, and a youth area with a ping pong table, foosball table, chess and large connect four set), an adult game room with billiards. The breakfast was scrumptious. Daily offering of: omelettes, pancakes, yogurt / granola, fruits and veggies, assorted cheeses, sliced meats, a juicer and fruit/vegetables to be used, a gluten free table, and a dessert table. Still or Sparkling Water as well as 3 types of juice were available. The pool area is relaxing and well designed. You can't see the guests across half of the pool and it feels much private and relaxed. Half of the pool has a sandy bottom with shallow areas for toddlers / children to play. Rosie even organized trips for us to nearby cities. Can highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again!

Everything was perfect, from the facilities, staff, food, drink and location. Absolutely loved the jacuzzis and spa areas. The room was a great size also.

“A very enjoyable stay in beautiful Lazise”

Great location a short walk from the harbour/ centre of Lazise, and the ferry port to other resorts on Lake Garda. There is also a pebbly beach nearby. Excellent breakfast in a lovely room and/or garden setting. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool and spa facilities available.

I can only speak about the apartment with a private pool… which has the most breathtaking view. For the first time in our lives, we were so enchanted by the view from the terrace that we didn’t even want to leave the room :) A big thank you to the staff, who were wonderful, for the beautiful days we were able to spend with you.

“Fabulous hotel in a fabulous location”

The suite we booked (Gonzala)was fabulous! It was a real surprise how spacious and luxurious it was. The photos dont do it justice. The location of the hotel was perfect for wandering into Lazise, only a 5 minute walk. The staff were helpful and friendly and even surprised me with a cake and good wishes on my birthday! There was plenty of choice at breakfast, and the bar menu was good for us. The spa and pool were lovely and not too busy even at the height of summer. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great selection at Breakfast, room was lovely (2 bed family suite), great location, close to town, free bike hire, Spa facilities, little play room whihc was handy to escape the heat for half an hour.
