Staff was very helpful. Clean rooms, plenty of laundry service and in a good location. The pool was great, relaxed and used the workout facilities. Would definitely stay there again. 24 hour concierge services also.

“Disappointed in the hotel chains service to it's customers.”
The front office receptionist would not accept my chime debit card. He stated that La Quinta Inn does not accept Chime debit cards as payment, for some odd reason. I didn't have another method of payment and completely disrupted my traveling plans and my stay in Lawton Oklahoma. Making a long story short, I will never stay at La Quinta Inn hotels ever again and I travel a lot.
