“I’ll never be staying here again”
The floors was extremely sticky, the pillows had mole on them, the bathroom was extremely dirty along with the kitchen counter, when I expressed this to management. They told me I can pay an additional $25 for housekeeping.

“Unreasonable Extra charge due to overbooking. Charging my credit card for a room they did not have!”
I had a fully confirmed booking at this facility. I arrived early in my indicated arrival window. At the reception I was informed that the hotel was overbooked and the booked room was not available. I was offered an upgrade but at a additional charge. I did not find that to be reasonable since I had a confirmed booking and a firm price. I have traveled world wide for 40 years and never been presented with a request for additional payment due to an issue on the hotel not on me. I requested the room at the the booked and confirmed rate, but the reception refused. I requested to speak to the management. That was also refused. I said that I found that unreasonable whereafter the Receptionist asked me to leave the hotel immediately. I did not find that to be pleasant or reasonable, but I left with no further argument and found another hotel in time that happily took my business. When I returned home I realized that the Extended Stay America Hotel has charged my credit card for the booked amount, which I find very odd to say the least. Needless to say I cannot recommend to book this hotel, since they are not costumer friendly.
