“Glad it was only one night. Expected better.”
Location ok for a quick overnight stay while travelling South. Cleanliness could have been a lot better with mould in the shower tray and lots of dead things in the lampshade. A noticeable stale smell on entry to the hotel. Convenient car park alongside which or bedroom overlooked. Restaurant meal was ok.

“Nice family run hotel.”
We chose this hotel because of its location. Turned out to be a very nice hotel with a friendly welcome. We were about an hour early, but the room was ready. Good size room with a very large and comfortable bed, the only downside being the windows were all very high up. The restaurant was excellent, so we ate there both nights. Rated at 2 stars it could easily be more, the restaurant in particular. The breakfast was also good with a nice continental style selection. Situated on one of the main routes into Laval, the town centre is a very straightforward 20 minute walk.

“Was fine.”
We thought it was either going to be right in the centre or right out in the countryside but was neither. Was on main road too far from centre to walk so had to use car. However the room was not noisy.

Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Location was excellent, being near the northern end of town. The restaurant was well appointed and the food was outstanding - worth a trip on its own for the menu here.

“Business stay”
The room was very nice. The food in the restaurant was extremely good with classy menus - however affordable - perfect relation price/quality. There was enough parking in front and next to the hotel.

Comfortable and reasonably large room. Good sized bathroom. The food was excellent in the restaurant, and breakfast was well sourced. The service staff in the restaurant were superb, very well trained. Good choices on all three menus, and Cheeses were fab. Wine choices more than adequate.
