Check-in process was smooth. The staffs were very cordial and polite. Breakfast spread was excellent. The location was perfect, in close proximity to shops and to downtown Montréal. We didn't have a hassle when going to the city to visit and back.

I did not have free breakfast. There was a restaurant but it opened at 7:00 am on the weekend and that was too late for us.

Breakfast service is poor. No flexibility with menu, e.g. only wanting 1 sausage instead of two, and no bacon. No reduction in charge and the waitress seemed to have an issue with the request More flexibility with menu

“Good location”
The hotel is in a good location. It's pretty close to a shopping mall. I believe that's the largest shopping mall in Laval. Meanwhile, as it's a business trip, the location meets our requirement.
