“Time for an upgrade”
Great location! It's right near Carrefour Laval and Centropolis. Parking was a breeze, and the staff was kind and helpful. The bed was comfy, and I was extra grateful for pillows that weren't giant fluff balls! I'm a flat pillow kind of person, and hotels always get me.

They charged me for 1 more mattress 50$ , per night, cleaning was terrible, heater works very noise, we can't sleep....

“Overall cost effective.”
The staff were friendly. Breakfast wasn’t bad. Parking spots were easily available. Accessibility to the shopping mall. And great restaurants

We checked in @3pm and the room had only two paper cups for tea or coffee ? I had call room service there was no hot water kettle and there was two bags of tea ..I had to borrow te from my brothers room ..my mom and I had rough night I asked for quiet room and my brothers family had same issue you can hear since 8pm till 2-3am children runnin above us and people walking ..people talking every 15-30min to every hour outside our doors all around and above us..everyone was tired the next day ..when we checked out I was advised I’d get email of my bill..I’m perfectly sure lady who checked me in did typo ..I don’t have any accent except Canadian English as I lived Toronto all my life ..still yet to receive receipt…I will not do stopover here next time we visit before we go to our main hotel

“Quality stay, with a few nitpicks”
Appreciate having private floors for non-group patrons. All staff very friendly. Our room was very clean. What we used of the facilities was nice, in house restaurant was actually fairly priced and good quality. Appreciate the availability of bathrooms in the lobby. The physical location of the hotel is a bit awkward, but is within walking distance of no shortage of places to eat and shop. Laval/Montreal transit made getting around super easy, without having to deal with the headache of driving in heavy traffic or finding parking.
