“A convenient choice”

Adjacent to a fantastic natural tube ,good breakfast

It was a very nice stay. It has a large swimming pool with hot tubs. The natural spring hot spring was nice, but it is small. The dinner and breakfast were both really good. It was a wonderful view at the property and very close to a small town. The property also accommodates campers. It has a very large lounge area to relax in. The new owners are working really hard to spruce things up with ongoing maintenance.

Food in restaurant was excellent. Hot spring bathing a surprise. Very helpful staff.

The room and the bathroom were clean. The beds were comfortable. There is a cozy common room available to hang out or eat your dinner at. And of course I have to mention the very helpful and friendly mister at the reception desk :)

Great food , friendly staff!

It is a classic hotel for meetings, but in the middle of nowhere. Very good restaurant; not possible to cook and no near supermarket; very nice geothermal swimming pool, openend 24/7.

The customer service at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The customer's needs were well taken into account. The breakfast was excellent and varied. The gluten-free diet was also taken into account very well.

“Comfortable, amazing views.”

Comfortable hotel with large pool and hot tubs. Natural hot tub in front garden. Games room very well equipped. Large family room with separate room for children. Ensuite bathroom.

Lovely hotel and surroundings. The family used to have an overnight stay years ago and we were surprised to see how it has been renovated. Every detail has been thought through, to create good athmospere and entertaining for families. Swimming pool, hot tups, play room for kids and grown ups, cosy/quiet room with massage and super nice living room area for evening hang out. We highly recommend and will for sure visit again!

We liked the surroudings, really beautiful, nice walks around. The room - standard, clean room. There’s game room with lots of games (darts, billiard, chess, ping pong and so on), Hotel restaurant ... not bad not good.

“Comfortable stay in a full facility resort-like hotel”

Nice remote location but with full facilities on hand. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Large swimming pool next door and rustic thermal pool on the property. Good walking trails too.

Best of the best property. I would strongly recommend everyone to stay in this hotel at least once. Hotel has every amenity you can think of. One of the best place to see NORTHERN LIGHTS while having geothermal bath. Extremely grateful to Thorey ( not sure if I spelled the name correctly) but he is one of the best person we met in Iceland. His and the hotel’s hospitality was extremely amazing. He went above and beyond to serve us meal late at night. He was very friendly and even showed us the around. He took us to the point in the hotel from where we could see northern lights. Meeting him felt like we met God that day.

Nice spacious and modern room. Good location, off the main roads but not out in the sticks! Ate in the on site restaurant for our evening meal, lovely food, atmosphere and staff. Good games room, relaxation room and communal lounge.

The staff was wonderful. The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed a great breakfast and superb dinner. The outdoor thermal bath was lovely. They even have a relaxing room with massage chairs. It was perfect after a day of riding. Would highly recommend this hotel.

“Clean,quiet, peaceful stay”

A lovely, quiet, peaceful stay. We had a great stay, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful to any questions we had. The out door hotubs were a great spot to see the northern lights! The cleanliness of the property was impeccable.
