There were no curtains, so had to use bedsheets as makeshift curtains. Loud music blaring near by.

They have a bicycle shed that is equipped with electricity to charge the electric bicycles. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good. Their restaurant next door is really good!

“Cozy stay on the Rhein river, perfect as biking stop”

I've stayed for one night on my bike riding on the Rheinradweg. The structure was clean and comfortable with a huge bathroom; beds extra soft. I particularely liked the chance to have the restaurant with great view on the river in the garden and that a nice walk on the river was starting right by the hotel; the garage for the bikes (there were around 15-20 and it could have accomodated more, if asked each room could get the extra key for that) was perfect for our needs. There is a small supermarket and a bakery just around the corner.

Such a beautiful location and everyone was super friendly. The restaurant outside is one of the best for location and atmosphere.

Clean, spacious room, great shower - hot and strong. A good breakfast spread of cereals, croissants, rolls, meats, eggs, cheese, juice. Great location backing onto the Rhein, and close to the bridge across to the old Swiss side of the town.

Property was ok, was extremely hot with no ventilation or fans. Windows couldn’t be opened due to mosquitos coming in.

Great location for travel to Switzerland, beautiful town on the river, great to explore.

Great beers and food in the garden restaurant. Value for money excellent with very large portions, no need to go anywhere else for dinner. Very helpful in reception despite our lack of German and their lack of English. Changed my room to one with less steps due to my disability without me asking - excellent. 2nd video to the Alte post and would return any time we were in South West Germany.

Great location right be the Rhein river. Open air Greek themed restaurant right there by the rear of the hotel. No secure parking but allocated spaces for hotel guests but only a couple of spots.

Great hotel. Very big room. Nice shower. Excellent secure bicycle storage (if you’re travelling by bike). Lovely terrace on the river where they serve food and drinks. Great restaurant on-site serving delicious food.

Housekeeper was very kind to let us in when we arrived slightly after the check in time. Great location for exploring the Black Forest and Switzerland. Lovely view of the Rhine river. Good parking. The 3 bed room was very pleasant and spacious.

Great location right by the Rhein and a good evening meal. Off-street parking for my motorcycle.
