Varied and plentiful breakfast. Location is excellent. Absolutely dog friendly.

The waiting time for check-in and getting the room was at least 15–20 minutes. The same situation occurred during check-out. A hotel of this standard should show greater respect for guests’ time. It may be worth hiring more staff or introducing automated check-in desks, especially since many elderly people stay at the hotel. On top of that, the hotel charges an accommodation fee — but for what exactly? For waiting in line?

Excellent location with everything easily accessible. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable stay for families as well. One of the highlights was how easy it was to reach the thermal spa and pools directly by elevator – very convenient and hassle-free. The pools were fantastic, offering a great place to relax and unwind. Overall, a family-friendly hotel with great facilities and a smooth, enjoyable experience.

Everything was clean, well organized, a nice place for families with children. There were no crowds during the period I was there. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious, the service is very good, the food is decent… a nice place for families with children.

Sauna is not included when you are guest of the hotel. It is 15 euros/day.

The facility itself is huge and very clean; the pool as well. There are elevators everywhere, like in a story. There was no crowd.

The water park is relaxing. The buffet near the pools had a large variety of food and drinks. The room was very large, lot of storage space good sun blocking curtains and very clean.

Fantastic swimming, thermal and leisure pools, right beside river Savinja, in a hilly neighborhood with full of wander paths. Adjustable air condition, delicious meals, polite staff. Nice, clean room, balcony with river view. Lounge bar & Cafè, with smooth jazz music on Friday night.

Breakfast was amazing.Staff and cheff were incredible 10+ for food and them.I will be back for sure.

Comfortably furnished, room had a spacious desk and a fridge, free parking close to the hotel, everything clean, kind personnel. Good offer of food at breakfast/dinner, cozy cafe with lots of sweets. Has excellent thermal bath (free for hotel guests!).
