“BEWARE: MISLEADING DESCRIPTION AND QUESTIONABLE PAYMENT METHODS”
The "Superior Family Room" was advertised as having a "private bathroom", prominently displayed in the main amenities section. Only upon arrival did I discover that the room has merely a private shower, while the toilet facilities are shared with other guests. This critical information was buried in fine print deep within the detailed description. By any reasonable standard and legal definition, a private bathroom must include a private toilet, sink, and proper facilities, not just a shower stall. I chose not to stay once I discovered this deceptive misrepresentation. Additionally, the property instruct all clients to pay in cash, or as a "donation" to an independent foundation, rather than processing payment as a standard hotel transaction. While I understand that some properties arrange payment outside the Booking.com platform, routing commercial hotel payments through a charitable foundation raises serious concerns about misuse of non-profit status.

It is absolutely gorgeous villa with beautiful garden, pool and common spaces. It feels very homey. The space was very clean and hosts extremely helpful in making plans, arranging transport, etc. The villa is located in quiet street right next to the beach - it is a perfect location for restful holidays

Villa Clarissa is a little paradise, where we felt very much comfortable during our long 18-day stay. The "keepers" of the house, Gorgio and Alina, are very attentive and kind people.

Super nice stay, well informed before arrival, clean and calm. Near by you have colmado and also a market. Beach is 2 minutes away. There is also a nice pool with jacuzzi.

Living was amazing- felt like staying at friends, got great tips where to go, tips etc. And the Location could not be better;calm area, 150m to beach, restaurant’s , mini market etc around the corner, 500m to village center Las Torrenas.

The space itself was beautiful, very close to the beach but in a nice quiet area. The optional breakfast was great for us and very good value for money but I think the best part was the lovely couple that looked after the property and us during our stay. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful and really made our stay. Thanks again

“A must-stay in Samana peninsula”
Very well-located cosy guest house in Las Terrenas that meets value for money! It is about 10-15 minutes by walk from the centre of the town, which makes it hidden from all the traffic noise, but at the same time you have a lot of facilities (fantastic Italian restaurant or groceries) already around. The guest house is very tidy and nicely organized, it is a perfect space for quiet relaxation near the pool, but also a good starting point for excursions in the Samana peninsula. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. The owners were very kind, always quickly addressing our needs. If you are planning a visit to Samana peninsula, I definitely recommend staying in this place.

“Fantastic place in Las Terrenas”
The hosts Giorgio, Alina, and their son Chris were incredibly nice and so welcoming. They provided fantastic tips on what to do in the area and how to save money along the way. The house is super nice, great kitchen with lots of equipment, a cute small pool, and a garden to explore.
