Good facilities and pleasant, professional staff. Breakfast basic, but good, and starts early. Location excellent - easy to get to, with restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket within a few minutes walk.

Good location for those arriving like wife and I from Bristol on a very late flight. As there are only four flights a week and always arrive after nine thirty, by the time hire car is sorted many hotels re unavailable for check-in if we travel far.

Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking with easy access off the A6, but no road noise, great. Super comfy bed, large clean room and best of all, dog friendly! Lovely breakfast and juice/tea/coffee on tap 24/7.

Having the availability of a frozen pizza was good as no nearby food outlet. Breakfast was good free flow hot drinks amazing after a day of driving

“Has all the basics, but could do with a kettle in your room”
Nice foyer & rest area/breakfast room and a drink machine on hand 24/7. Good walking outside for our dog. Two cafes, a large Supercor Supermaket, etc within a five minute walk. Quiet despite being near a main busy road to the front, but it was straight off onto a slip road for access into a free car park. Breakfast was nice, continental. Bathroom with peak in shower was good and nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. You were made to feel welcome. On a residential area which is very attractive. Paid to have a good look around. Easy for commuting & nearish, about 25 mins to Madrid City centre.

For two nights around midnight there were some disturbing noise from other guests preventing me to sleep but I don’t know what they were doing. :D
