“Super”
It's a romantic place, amazing for us, almost in the center and close to the beach, at night we sat in the open bedroom on the terrace and listened to music from local bars and drank rum :) We would love to come back..

Location is excellent, very close to beaches, bus stop, good restaurants. Hotel has nice bar and tropical garden.

The hosts were lovely, very welcoming and caring, the garden and common area was beautiful. You feel home right away. The hotel was right next to the beach and very convenient location. The hosts installed a mosquito net around the bed for me.

“Very friendly stuff and great location”
The location was great, and the hosts Véronique and Michel are super nice. I had an issue with my room which was promptly solved. The rooms are basic but very comfortable. It was very nice chatting with Véronique during breakfast.

“Perfect for being close to everything you need! Wonderful hosts!!”
The location was perfect literally a 2 min walk from the bus station, less than a 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants within 5 mins too! Yet it was set back enough so you didn’t get any street noise. The hosts were super lovely and welcoming, Veronique was really helpful with giving us places to visit and see and telling us shortcuts to beautiful beaches!! The room itself is basic but comfortable, we loved that it had a small table and chairs by the window to play cards/games in the evening, no hot water in the shower but this seems very standard for the DR, shower pressure was good though! The mosquito net was a great touch very handy in LG for someone who seems attract alll the mosquitos!

“Not worth the money”
Good location, close to the beach and restaurants. The staff was accommodating my request for reimbursement when the water stopped working and I had to leave.

We loved the location and loved the views from the room out across Las Galeras. The room was well located within walking distance of the town centre, restaurants and places to hire bikes, snorkels and everything else.

“A wonderful, affordable stay in Las Galeras”
I love this place! Lovely French owners that would do anything for you. I stayed in the 'panoramica' room with a 360 degree view of the town. There is a pretty garden to sit and there is good wifi if you have to do some work. Very close to the beach and a good value overall. I would definitely stay again the next time I am in Las Galeras. Merci infiniment Veronica! C'était super!

Perfect choice for solo travellers, do not expect much though, basic amenities, and you get what you pay for, location plus the owners helpfulness make this a great place to stay.

“We felt like coming home”
This beautiful Hostel is in the cutest village with really nice people, we always felt safe here. The beach is only 5 minutes walking away and there are a lot of good options to go out to eat only a few feet away! 😊We stayed here over a big hurricane and were really scared because we're not used to tropical storms. The really lovely owners always made us feel safe and helped us with everything we needed, after some time it really felt like coming home which made it so hard to leave. This was our favorite spot all over the Dominican Republic and we would always come back here!🌸🤍
