After finishing our trip to Republica Dominicana and changing 7 or 8 hotels/hostels/private properties I can say that this place is worth the money. Though there are some things to improve inside the rooms (new appliances in the kitchenette), the essential and important things are there: an excelent view, a big terrace/balcony, a comfy bed, a working air condition and a fair and tasty breakfast. La Isleta is very close to the beach (Playa Grande), markets and some nice restaurants. In less than 20 minutes you get to the second beach ( la Playita). The pool is also a plus especially if you experience some changeable weather (as we did) you can spend some time at the pool till rain starts. The staff is very helpful and friendly, Dominique will offer you all the information that you ask, the cocktails at the bar are tasty with very reasonably prices.

Most of all- we really liked the garden of the hotel- its really green and full of flowers and plants. Rooms are big and the beds are so comfortable. Theres also a nice pool with quite a deep water that we really enjoyed. As we got a bit sunburned, the lady from the hotel was so nice to bring us fresh aloe vera from the garden to relieve the pain :)

The location was great, outside of the main street so you could enjoy the silence of the night and wave, the beach. But not too far from the most awesome places to eat. Just 5 min walk from the best restaurants. Private clean pull, big enough for the amount of people hosted. The included breakfast was good and simple. Something great for the price and to have no hassle of looking for somewhere to have breakfast. The beach was just in front which was good. If you go to the beach to get sun or just hear the waves you are good. But to swim I would not recommend it, better to get a boat to Playa Frontón (Maybe expensive if you are saving), but if you go by car you can go to Rincon 20 min away. And it is a great beach to go to It also has a river next to it, for those who prefer it.

Everything was just perfect, the place was clean, the location is great and the owner was there for us at anytime we needed .

Exceptional stay by the sea! This apartment exceeded all our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect – right by the sea, with a breathtaking ocean view that we enjoyed every day. Waking up to the sound of the waves and relaxing in the evenings with the gentle sound of crickets was truly unforgettable. The breakfast was outstanding: fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. The fresh juices were especially amazing – some of the best we’ve ever had. Everything felt thoughtful and welcoming. The apartment is close to a stunning beach and located in the peaceful and charming village of Las Galeras, making the stay incredibly relaxing and special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect seaside getaway in the Dominican Republic.

The apartment is righ on the beach.. Close to anything going on in Las Galeras. Clean and spacious. Dominique the host was amazing.. Very good communication.. I anticipated my stay.. Had issues with atm and he was super available to help. Really really appreciate it! If I ever go back I'll rebook the same for sure 100%

We loved the wonderful view from our terrace, it has a nice pool too and it's very close to the beach and restaurants.

“Exceptional in Paradise”

The whole property was perfect! Great location close to the beautiful beach and restaurants only a block away. The property was so charming and the staff were all so cheerful and helpful. Our studio was great, cozy and comfortable with everything we needed. I loved the big terrace. Great communication with the hosts! The breakfast that was included was very good. Las Galaras is a hidden gem and La Iselata made for the perfect stay in this little paradise.

A little place in a paradise and Dominique and all the staff were very helpful. I think its one if the most beautifull places in the world.

Location is simply amazing - calm and right next to the beach. The room was very confortable, specially the terrace.

“Beautiful family hotel. Quiet, safe and comfortable stay”

Beautiful family owned property, super clean, comfortable and with very large beds. The bed on the terrace was fantastic idea for relaxation, super quiet area at night, safe and comfortable rooms and parking area, central location near by the main beach and the restaurants in the village. We would definitely stay there again if we are ever in Las Galleras again.

“Nice and Cozy with a Chill Vibe”

This is a charming, slightly quirky spot that has a fun, hippyish atmosphere. At first glance, it might not seem like much, but the location is fantastic—right next to everything you need. The beach, just steps away and accessible through a grassy path, features tide pools that are perfect for kids. If you walk to the right along the beach, the views are stunning. The color combinations throughout the place are a lovely touch.

“A Potentially 10 score going through improvement works”

Lovely room, clean, comfortable and cozy. Dominique is a great host and helped us getting some snacks on a near market when we arrived at the hotel, as we were late for a lunch meal on nearby restaurants. Location is also great, with a cool view from the sea.
