The apartment was clean, very functional, in a quiet and safe location. We are very happy with our accommodation. We slept better than at home, it is very quiet at night. The apartment is a short distance from a beautiful beach, as well as the center of Larnaca (although there is also a bus that passes by the street, if someone does not want to walk to the center). The bus that goes to the airport stops across the street from the building where the apartment is. There is a well-stocked shop nearby where you can buy groceries, as well as a bakery. The owner is friendly and responds to messages.

What a fantastic place! It's perfectly located right between the city center and the most beautiful beach, McKenzie Beach. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It's a really spacious place, about 80 square meters. The fact that there's a washing machine means you can pack super light—you practically only need a carry-on! Plus, there's a big terrace. ​The contact with the owner was excellent and exemplary. We will definitely be back!

Vasili is very professional and has excellent service. The apartment is well equipped. There is every appliance you need in the apartment. Nothing is missing. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, spacious and contains a pleasant space for every need. The location of the apartment is excellent. Quiet neighborhood. Within a very short walk there is a minimarket, a restaurant, and the promenade to the beach and even car rental shops..

Vasilas was lovely would do anything for evey one would go back next year definitely.

“Excellent apartments with a friendly host”

We have stayed there in the beginning of May 2023. All pictures describing the apartments are correct. The 2-bedroom apartment with big living room and the kitchen fully equipped with necessary appliances fits well for a family of four. Two more people may sleep on the sofa in the living room:) All bed linen, towels were provided. Nice balcony is good for having breakfasts and other meals. The bus-stop (route 425 from/to airport) is 50 meters away from the building. Small local supermarket with necessary food and drinks is 3 minutes walk. Seafront is 5 minutes walk. The apartments are well located between the Larnaca center and MacKenzie beach (with nice bars, restaurants and cafes) 15 minutes walk from both - you may choose where to go. Nice meat (Militzis) and fish (Zephyros, Psarolimano) restaurants are 7 minutes walk from the apartments. Our host, Georgios, met us and gave us all necessary information about where to go, eat and shop. He even had a big manual with the information so you could easily look through and found all you need even without Google maps (ha-ha). Many thanks to him and his wife. This was one of our best apartments we had ever stayed.

The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, but at the same time close to everywhere- from the airport drive about 10 minutes, to the store walk 2 minutes, to the sea 8 minutes, swimming pool right under the house. The apartment is phenomenally equipped, dryer, iron, oven, washing machine, coffee, tea, welcome wine and fruit, fragrant towels, wonderful bedding and a bed more comfortable than I have in my own home. The owner provided notes with all the information a guest might need, including the address to the nearest doctor, recommended restaurants, etc. Highly recommended!

The apartament was big enough for six people and close to the sea and centre. Nearby was supermarket Petros and for the romainians Gusturi Alese! We have also private parking! You have everything you want in the kitchen and it s very isy to obtain the key!

The accommodation, the area, the beaches are very nice. It was our first trip to Cyprus and it exceeded all our expectations. Public transport nearby, don't need taxi from the airport.
