“Summer 2026 visit.”
Location is perfect. Right in the middle of everything and a stones throw from the beach. Mine was a studio apartment but with plenty of room and 2 balconies. Everything that I needed like towels, cutlery etc was there And I felt very secure This has been my 4th time staying here

“Nice stay in perfect location”
Location, location, location- soo close to everything we needed: beach, restaurants and shops. A/C system working well, small balcony with a sea view (apartment on second floor) was nice as well. Apartment equipped with all necessary appliances. Bathrobes and slippers provided.

“Great value for money!”
Everything was great, the space was really nice and plenty of room for two, with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The place was clean and the balcony area was nice too. Location was excellent, right near the sea and a bunch of restaurants, and there was a mini market right opposite. I didn't use any of the appliances but they all looked fine. Wifi was good, it felt safe there, and the welcome instructions and page were helpful. Obviously not a luxury hotel but great value for money, couldn't fault it.

Excellent accommodation, easy to check in, clean and tidy, everything is as described, the beach is just a few steps away, restaurants and shops nearby...all in all, you won't find a better accommodation in Larnaca

“Excellent Location, Needs Significant Improvements”
The room was spacious and offered a comfortable amount of space throughout the stay. The location is literally in the heart of the city, within walking distance of everything, which made it extremely convenient. The room was also well-equipped with useful amenities, including a washing machine (but not detergent), a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, and stovetops, making the stay practical and convenient.

Excellent location on the main promenade of the central part by the sea. Clean, tidy, quite adequately equipped considering the winter period. Everything you need for 4 days, we stayed in room 103. I recommend this accommodation.

“Good for relaxation offseason”
Great location, do recommend Avogato, st.art cafe, To kafe tis Chrysantis. From the airport:take 425 bus to Larnaca. Also, appartment is 5 minutes walk to intercity bus (5 euros to Ayia Napa or Limassol).

“Good value for money!”
The apartment was in a perfect location 50 metres from the beach. It was quite compact but had everything you needed. It was clean and comfortable. It also had a balcony which was good. All in all a pleasurable stay.
