“Great apartment with great amenities and location”

Sol, the owner met us at the building's entrance and explained everything to us. He did a full tour of the apartment, showing us all the facilities and services. He even informed us of the closest restaurants, markets and grocery stores. He was very helpful and took his time to answer all our questions.

“Spacious apartment in good location for exploring Larnaca”

Location was good but hard to find. Building site next door. But the apartment was spacious and comfortable.Walking distance to cafes and restaurants, beach and central Larnaca. Our luggage didnt arrive and we asked Sol who came and introduced himself our first day to help, as we were not getting any action. It arrived soon after he rang on our behalf. 48 hours after arrival! We were very grateful.Sol was generally very helpful.

“Excellent apartment in Larnaca”

On very good location, 5 min. walk to the beach, big supermarket very close, shops, restaurants. Apartment looks better then on the pictures, new, spotless clean, modern, have everything you need, lot's extra towels, clothes, iron, toiletries, some spices in the kitchen,even cool box for the beach,and umbrellas. Balcony spacious,exit to balcony from the kitchen and from the bedroom. Owner Sol is very nice and polite. I recommend this accommodation to everyone.

Breakfast is very accessible, just a few steps from the beach. After a dip in the sea surely food is needed, and it is really easy to be full filled as restaurants are near.

The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location was perfect in the middle of the city and a few minutes walk from the beach, old town, Archeological Museum, Art gallery and Larnaca Marina. Key collection was convenient and fast. Sol met us at the door for key handover and gave few suggestions on where to shop for grocery, bakery, restaurants. Apartment was very clean when we arrived.

Sol is a great host! We spent a wonderful, long vacation in “Apartment,NEAR THE BEACH Pinikoudes”. Large apartment, well located, very close to the Finikoudes beach (650m), all tourist attractions, Bus Stop Finikoudes (600m) - the station where the buses leave for the Airport and Ayia Napa, Nicosia, Limassol and other destinations. Nearby there are some fine supermarkets (Super Discount Store-450 m), fruit shops, an exceptional bakery, Zorbas (400 m), makes bread, greek pies, cakes, sandwiches and everything you need for breakfast-open 24 hours a day), restaurants ‘Eu Kouzin” (350m-greek home cooked meals, even take away, ”Peroutsios Kebab” (300m) -cooks delicious souvlaki etc. The apartment is much more beautiful than in the photos, very bright, extremely spacious, it has a wonderful and spacious terrace. A separate, well-organized bedroom, comfortable bed, spacious living room with an excellent equipped kitchen corner are just some of the advantages. There are enough dishes in the kitchen if you want to cook. We found in the apartment salt, pepper, kitchen paper, sugar, tea, coffee, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and all kinds of other hygiene and cleaning products. The bathroom is large (toilet, shower, sink). The air conditioning is of good quality, in the kitchen we find a fridge with freezer, stove with oven, microvawe, toaster, kettle for boiling water. On the terrace there is a large rack for drying laundry, in case you need it. Wi fi worked well. In the apartment there is a smart TV, with a large diagonal that allows access to Netflix (with your own password), but also to Youtube where you can watch international news channels.We were impressed by the cleanliness of the apartment.”Sparkling” clean! The location of the apartment is excellent. Just a few minutes away from the beach and all the coffee shops and restaurants. The host is also very kind and helpful. You have everything you need!

Maximum 10 min walk to the beach. Useful apartment with everything you need. Bonus wonderful terrace and owner flexibility.
