I really enjoyed the pool and the beach club. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff at the bar next to the pool were professional, friendly, and provided fast service. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. The lady at the reception was very kind and welcoming, and the Guest Relations team was highly professional and attentive throughout our visit. Overall, these aspects of the hotel made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

Great food, entertainment, facilities. You can’t fault this hotel. Only one thing made our stay a bit uncomfortable is doors. Rooms doors are very heavy and they don’t have any slowing mechanism. They make a lot of noise when closing, woke me up few times at night.

A huge complex, full of pools, slides, bars, restaurants, shops and indoor and outdoor playgrounds for children. Sandy beach right in front of the hotel, towels and sunbeds are free. Every evening there are impressive shows, mini disco for children. The staff is very helpful. I definitely recommend it.

Absolutely fantastic! The food, quality of service, facilities, entertainment, everything! This place has everything. We travelled as a family of four and we had everything to make our stay enjoyable. The main buffet had a wide range of food to suit even the fussiest of eaters. My kids loved trying new types of food and they can be very picky! The kids club was great. It's always open and has activities all day to keep them entertained. The swimming pools are fantastic. They are spacious and beautifully laid out. My 3 year old daughter got sick on the second day with a high temperature and terrible cough. This place even has an onsite doctor so we took her there to be diagnosed and was prescribed antibiotics. Special recognition to Fatima. As it was a Sunday most of the pharmacies were closed. Fatima made numerous phone calls to find to one that was open. Luckily she found one and even had the medicine delivered to the resort. I hope Fatima gets some special recognition for this as she made our lives so much easier by going above and beyond. Overall this was one of the best places we've ever stay at and already planning our next trip!

The staff were very friendly. The place is big and it would be nice to stay here on peak seasons. When we visit kost of the attraction and fun areas were close. We were just limited with the bar and pool.

The Food: Simply incredible. There was so much variety every single day, catering to both the kids and the adults. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The Activities: There is never a dull moment here. Whether you want to relax by the stunning pools or get involved in the daily entertainment and sports, there is something for every age group. The kids were entertained from start to finish! The Staff: This is what truly sets the hotel apart. Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay special. They truly understand what family hospitality means. The Vibe: The hotel itself is stunning, with a great atmosphere that manages to be both exciting for the kids and relaxing for the parents.
