Disappointing experience: - We asked whether we could drop our luggage in the apartment before 4 or whether the host would know a locker: no answer - We arrived in the apartment at 4 and we saw that the bed was not made (apparently it’s due to the fact that it’s a “condo”, well I’ve already stayed in lots of similar places and the bed was always made). We also saw a dryer with sheets and towels drying (apparently it’s also normal cause it’s placed in a space the guest don’t use, the space being near the bed so definitely you use this place) - Last but not least, the toilet was not clean (see attached picture with a hair and drops of - I assume - water Rules are what they are so I accept that we were allowed to enter the apartment at 4 but I also expect it to be clean as the hosts have the time to take care of the cleaning. We contacted the hosts asking whether they could remove the dryer but he did nothing. We had to fold the sheets and to remove the dryer and clean the toilet by ourselves. Fridge was also dirty.

This might be the best place I have stayed! I went to Lappeenranta with my husband and my son for three days. We stayed there for two nights and there's nothing to complain. The location is good and there's a free parking. The apartment is quiet and very clean. We made some food there and all the equipment, pots and pans, utensils are new and clean. If we visit Lappeenranta, we will definitely choose to stay there again!

Amazing apartments in the center of Lappeenranta. Really good for two persons, with well equipped kitchen, washing machine, wi-fi. Five minutes to the lake and the main city attractions, cafes and restaurants. We stayed at the apartments for two days and we really enjoy it!
