Overview
This cosy mountain hotel is set in the Tena Valley within the Aragonese Pyrenees. It offers a terrace, scenic views of the Foratata Mountain, 6 km from the Formigal Ski Resort. Set beside the Lanuza Reservoir, Hotel La Casueña’s elegant rooms are each named after a famous author. All include free Wi-Fi, a plasma TV and a private bathroom with shower. Breakfast featuring fresh juices, homemade cakes, meat and cheese is served daily. On prior request the property’s restaurant offers a fusion of traditional and modern Spanish cuisine. There is also a bar area. La Casueña has free parking nearby and is 6 km from the Panticosa Ski Resort. The Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park is 40 minutes’ drive away, while the French border is 10 minutes away by car.

“The best hotel we've stayed in”
Fantastic hotel, brilliant location & very clean. The rooms were all beautifully decorated by an artist and our bedroom was big but very cosy. The bathroom had a top quality shower, bath and luxury toiletries. Marian and Miguel were perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They were friendly, welcoming and helpful in suggesting places to visit. Marian's food and Miguel's service took it to another level. We have eaten in many good restaurants in many countries and the meals we were served here are amongst the best we've eaten and very reasonably priced. All in all a fabulous place and we will definitely be returning. It has been the best part of our road trip!

“An absolute delight!”
It was like staying in a fairytale. A small hotel, in a small village, located on a beautiful lake. The owners were delightful in every way, and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. Their recommendations on nearby activities and restaurants were excellent, as was the home cooking within the hotel. A wonderful and unique stay that was pure joy.

“Exceptional”
The hotel is beautifully located on the edge of a Lake with views to the Mountains. The owners Marian and Miguel were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast delicious and plentiful. We also enjoyed sitting in the lounge reading with the fire. Would definately go back.

One of the best accommodations in my life so far: fairytale location, wholesome food and very warm hosts that made us feel like home from the moment we rang the bell. This place is like the one that you cannot wait to tell your parents and friends about and you dream of taking them with you in a future visit!
