The check-in was quick and easy. My room had a well-working (albeit quite loud) AC, a clean kitchenette, and tidy bathroom. Equipment-wise the room was well worth the price.

I had to extend stay a few times due to illness. The staff were very helpful. I will certainly return if visiting Lansing.

“Outstanding staff”
So I came into town extremely late, about 4 in the morning. They still let me check in and get some sleep. On top of that, they let me check out at noon instead of 11 so that I could wake up and take a shower. The staff here really made the stay exceptional.

“Comfortable place, close to university”
I liked the proximity of the place to the University of Michigan, the good reception of the staff, the suite fully equipped with cooking utensils, the bed was comfortable, the price was very suitable, and the parking was free The coffee is free and delicious Comfortable place close to university, 8 minutes by car

“Cheated at a high price by falsely advertising what they pretend to offer”
Friendly, kind and empathetic staff. Proximity to my work location an advantage, otherwise I would have gone elsewhere Pronto. Kitchenette was useful considering that there was absolutely NO restaurant nearby as advertized on website. Double the $$ price of a super8, with nothing different to offer.

I really liked the staff, they were all very friendly, helpful and nice. They always acknowledged me and made helpful suggestions. They showed they remembered me when we met again later in my stay
