Great small apartment with all the needed amenities. Super well maintained and very convenient with a small super market 1 min walk away and a 15 mins drive to Sölden. It also has a sauna and steam room on demand with the owner. Amazing value for the price, I definitely recommend.

“Lovely apartment in a perfect location”

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. Rainer and Petra went the extra mile to provide the extra equipment we requested for our baby, which was brilliant. They were also very helpful via text whenever we had questions. The apartment location was unbeatable for us - right round the corner from a supermarket, a nice restaurant and a kids' playground, and easy walking distance from the centre of the village. The building seemed to have the heating pre-set as the apartment was always nice and warm despite the weather. The garden is a lovely extra too.

Rainer was friendly, helpful and readily available when we needed anything. The apartment was comfortable, well equipped and perfectly located for our needs (restaurants, supermarket, walks, ski and other bus connections from the door).

Perfect location, 1min walking distance to shop and a very good restaurant. Appartment fully equiped, all you need in a kitchen and in an appartment. Good location near all the ski resorts in the Ötztal valley. Very close to Aquadome spa. Highly recommended if you travel with your own car, tho skibus goes only like 50 meters from the apartment. Room was clean and it had a very nice view of the mountains. Free sauna and steam sauna is also available. Staff was helpful and nice.

Lovely hosts and a sparkling clean apartment. The apartment has all the facilities that one would need. Very good location, Längenfeld can easily be reached by foot from the apartment and the entire Ötztal is easily reachable by car or public transport.

The apartment was very nice and perfectly clean. It was fully equipped (especially kitchen-good quality pots, pans, knifes, even oil and basic spices) so we really didn’t miss anything. Furthermore, there is wellness available, which we always very appreciate to enjoy warm sauna after the whole day on the slopes. Also, the owner was very friendly and always reachable on the phone. Overall, we wouldn’t change anything, it was amazing!
