Great place for a skiing holiday. Great location near Sölden, with a skibus stop less than 100m from the place. It has special storage for skis. Breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. Nearby there are some restaurants and a shop.

The hotel is in good location, only 10 minutes by car from Sölden. The room was very clean. We stayed in a room with a kitchen so we could make ourselves breakfast and dinner, so it was very comfortable. There's is also a possibility for a breakfast on the ground floor, I heard many people were happy with it. The manager is very hospitable. She helped us with everything we needed. Good parking in front of the house. The room was properly heated. The room was quiet and peaceful.

“Decent place to stay near Sölden which could benefit from some improvements”

We arrived later in the evening and picked up our key which was placed for us outside. Good breakfast. Private parking though one day we struggled a bit to find an available spot. Pleasant view from the balcony. The place is located in a small town but very close to some bigger resort-towns including Sölden.

GaesteHeim Anna, was a perfect Stay, freindly Staff, very clean and comfy. Breakfast was awesome. Close by Restaraunt was also very good to go out for dinner and a meet up. Will hopefully going bck to anna at one stage, soon.. Thank you!

“Hidden gem of Ötztal”

Thank you Susi for that homey feeling! I have a sister and it felt like she was taking care of us! The matresses, the duvets, the pillows, the room, the bathroom, everything was super-fine! Also, Huben is so quiet and nice and the bus links it with either Sölden or Längenfeld and the entire Ötztal, so it is more than ok to stay there.

Thank you for providing such a wonderful apartment. I truly appreciate the opportunity to live in this space and enjoy the many benefits it offers. Your efforts in maintaining the property and creating a comfortable living environment are truly commendable. Once again, thank you for the fantastic apartment

“Great, comfortable and beautiful”

Everything was super. Great breakfast, so beautiful city (Huben), a lot of restaurants around with local cuisine, beautiful mountains, fresh air. We slept so good and it was so comfortable , as at home. Apartment had kitchen with all we needed so we could cook as much as we wanted. Everyday room was cleaned and towels were replaced. We liked everything there, family that owns this hotel is very nice and friendly. There are enough of the parking places around, so people with the car should not worry. There was also a nice wooden terrace, from which you can see the beautiful mountains! I hope we will come back in the winter, thanks a lot for the wonderful experience!

Very cozy, spacious, warm, and clean apartment with everything you need for a large family or a company of 5-6 people (or 3 couples). The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need: a large selection of dishes and kitchen utensils, there is a fridge, a dishwasher, and even a coffee machine. The apartment is located near Sölden (~8 km) and can be reached by car (free parking available) or by bus. The hostess is a very nice person, and we were very grateful to her when she agreed to check us in a day earlier, while we were already on the way. Dear Susi, many thanks for this! I recommend this place and if another opportunity arises, we will choose it again. It's worth it.
