For the price you pay - the property exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable for 4 adults. Comfortable beds and bathroom. Kitchen is enough to make a simple breakfast or warm up some food. Nice dedicated place for drying your ski boots an gloves.

The location is great, very close to Solden, but more affordable. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. We met with the host every day at breakfast and she was very nice and helpful. We also had a nice parking space which was great. Would recommend any time!

The guest house is very conveniently located. Just a 30-min walk, and you're in Langenfeld / Aqua Dome. Also, there are multiple bus stops nearby if you want to get to a neighboring city. The guest house itself is very comfortable - big rooms (you get a king-size bed, a sofa, a dining table, and a huge balcony), newly-renovated bathrooms (which are super-clean), very tasty breakfast (and a great selection as well), and an amazing host!

Location. Facilities, especially that ski-facilities are available on the ground floor (no stairs up or down). Kitchen is equipped with needed minimum, ski bus stops are close by. Bed and pillows are very comfortable.

The apartment is situated in quiet place, we have appreciated it as a familly. Apartment was very clean, cosy and well equipped. Special thanks to owner Sabrina, she was frendly and helpfull. She speaks well English that is advantage in Otzal valey. Distance to Solden ski resort up to 15 minutes by car. Spa Aqua Dome is distance only 1,5 km. Very good position and quality of apartment for a reasonable price. We are planing to spend time here next year again.

I liked the high standard and cleanliness of the rented room as well as the high-class, very polite staff of this place with a convenient location nearby most famous ski resorts in the county.

Sabrina was brilliant Ski room, car park, breakfast everything was great.

The apartment is nice, comfortable and well equipped, you can find everything you need, including for cooking and eating. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet only a few minutes away by car from shops and restaurants. Sabrina is a very kind and accommodating host, she replied quickly to all of our queries about the apartment and the region; we arrived later than foreseen and had to leave earlier, but she did not mind. The Summer Card is very useful - it gives free access for the whole family to most attractions in the area and significant reductions to others.

Great service, nice room with a spacious bathroom, very nice staff (Sabrina), good breakfast. Great point for dozens of hikes, walks, trips... whatever you prefer. We are going back in Winter.
