“Wonderful weekend getaway.”
Very friendly and helpful staff. Incredible views. Easy access to the beach. Beach is safe and enjoyable. Close to many other amenities.

“Most beautiful scenery from our room and restaurant. lovely walking areas in nature.”
Breakfast was average, e.g. no freshly baked croissant or pastries. Staff was friendly. The restaurant manager Rian Lauters went out of his way to make us feel special. He always welcomed us and had our special table ready for us. No better setting in the whole of South Africa.

The location is superb overlooking the Langebaan lagoon and West Coast Nature Reserve. Breakfast was adequate, but a pity the plate with the poached was cold. Dinner was excellent and good value for the price. We plan another visit later this year.

“Surprising Lovely Stay at The Sharks Bay Hotel.”
The bed was excellent — a large king-size and very comfortable. The bathroom shower was also superb. There was a lovely tea and coffee station with great options available. Having a large window with such an amazing view was a real bonus, and the front rooms with the balconies are especially lovely. Dinner at the restaurant was also very good.
