Unclean facility. Toilets didnt work upon arrival (management blamed my elderly parents who hadn't even been in the room for an hour). Refused refund as we stayed 0 of the 6 nights we booked (booked last minute on the same day due to emergency so it's not like we took away from other reservations). Thieves.

“Great location for airport and exploring True Blue”
Friendly staff, accommodated a later check out with no problem. Comfy bed, cosy room, good shower. Good aircon Balcony for sitting outside depending on the heat. Well positioned for shop and a few bars. A short walk to grind coffee and the beach.

Our stay at Blue Star Apartment was fantastic! Our little apartment was spotless and had everything we needed and it was very comfortable. The location was also great as we were walking distance to a very nice beach, great restaurants and pub everything at a walking distance. There was a Brown Girl Coffee shop across the street and also a small convenience store. A bigger grocery store was just down the road for easy access. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional and welcoming. Debbie was our first contact and we loved her even before we got there. She had everything ready for us and was always so attentive to our needs. Also, Tammy, Robert and Danyel were there for us if we needed anything too. We can’t say enough about this place, their staff and they are a big part of why we will definitely return!!! We absolutely have no complaints about this place and we are so looking forward to our next visit.

The location was fine. The apartment was a little cramped especially the living room and diner. We found the washing machine and dryer really useful. We were well looked after particularly by Debbie, from the office and Danny who was responsible for maintenance
