“Wonderful hotel, maybe put us in a room that hadn’t been checked over thoroughly”
Excellent service from the reception staff. They went out of their way to solve any issues, including getting hold of an adapter within two hours.

It's a very good place to be honest, featuring a decor with string character setting it apart. The facilities are not lacking and the customer service is excellent. Different sections feature different styles. Regardless, thw ambience is great.

The arrival and checkin was perfect, and the staff polite and welcoming. The esthetician who worked with me at the spa was absolutely lovely and the pool was relaxing and refreshing.
