“A lovely stay”
We liked everything, sadly we only stayed for one night. Our room was very spacious, breakfast was included and had so much to choose from. We didn't use the pool but we will next time.

“An amazing Hotel that makes you feel like home”
It’s a very clean place. The pool was great. The whole place feels like home. The rooms are very spacious. Overall the best stay ever!! Breakfast at s amazing.

Staff were wonderful and helpful including after I locked myself out of my room. Small amenities like 24/7 free coffee/tea/cocoa were great. Room was comfortable and staff upgraded to suite. Overall absolute thumbs up!!

“Comfortable and spacious accommodation”
The place was clean and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were so spacious. We had complimentary water on check in. 24hr coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Laundry was clean and machines looked new. The breakfast had a lot of variety. It was mostly pre packaged but was very generous. Free parking in large car park. Next door to Outlets and lots of good choices. Foyer has fire place and decorated so nicely with Christmas decorations.

“Great place to stay”
Great location, near to where we want to go, spacious rooms, simple but sufficient breakfast, heated pool. Staff at breakfast were very nice. Front desk was also very helpful when i checked in.

“Perfect hotel for visiting Lancaster”
This was my second stay here and I will definitely be back again! Great location with plenty of parking spaces, friendly staff, complimentary coffee/cookies and great sized rooms. Theres also a good selection for breakfast.

“Amazing cozy, clean hotel in a great location”
Very clean, spacious rooms, a great location. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, laundry room was a big plus and enough parking spaces. Breakfast was great, and overall it was a very cozy and nice stay. Will definitely be back soon!
