I had such a wonderful stay at Tha Ma-O Boutique Hotel! The hotel is set in a beautifully restored traditional house, giving it a cozy and charming atmosphere. The attention to detail in the decor really made the place feel special—vintage furniture, wooden floors, and lovely garden views. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations and local tips. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had a lovely blend of old-world charm with modern comforts. Breakfast was another highlight—freshly made and served in a peaceful setting. And the price! Incredibly reasonable. A hidden gem in Lampang. Definitely come back!

Amazing experience

Great place to stay in a very quiet area of Lampang. I had three room without ensuite bathroom. It was downstairs, but no problem for me. The staff was hardly speaking English but we managed to communicate with a translation app. The breakfast was very good. I was able to use a bicycle to go around in the city. Getting b my laundry done did cost 100 Baht.

The hotel staff is very friendly, Language barrier but always smiling so feel good 😌

“Lonely”

Nice house in a very quiet area. As was clear, the toilet and shower were downstairs. It was clean though and the bikes were good.

The breakfast is very average. There is only one egg fried rice, which is very different from the photos in previous reviews.

“Beautiful homestay in Lampang”

Beautiful setting, the garden is lovely and the common areas are well presented. The room was very clean and large (twin room). The bathroom was always extremely clean. The staff were very attentive whenever we were at the property. Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nice property located off the beaten path in a neighborhood area. Location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. Breakfast was authentic Thai and tasty.
