Great location, very convenient for exploring the area. The restaurant in the building is excellent — really delicious food. Special thanks for the sauna and the pool — they were almost always empty, which made it perfect to relax.

The beds were discussing, they had not been cleaned from the previous guests. How can a cleaner miss that.

Location was very good you could ski to the door it was also close to restaurants and shops. The Fire in bar area was very welcoming

The location is excellent - virtual ski to door with main lifts very close by. There are shops, bars etc within a few mins walk and the town centre is an easy 10-15 mins walk. The Ben's Bus transfer from Grenoble airport stops directly outside the property. There was a noticeable improvement in the cleanliness and appearance of the apartment I stayed in last year (same residence, different room). This is basic accommodation, but is reasonably priced for such a good location. The room was spacious for a single person or a couple. Linens and good strength wifi included in price.

The beds are comfortable, and the heating and hot water are excellent. The apartment was clean overall, although we found one pan with some leftover eggs. The location is excellent, you can ski almost to the entrance (if there is enough snow). There is restaurant in the ground floor (haven't tried it), and a grocery store 2 min away. We booked a 4 person apartment for 2 people, which is something like a standard in France. 4 person apartment has 2 beds, and you can extend the couch in the kitchen area, which would be inconvenient for 4 people. There is a public garage just across the street for the price of 18 EUR/day.

The apartments are very pleasant and cozy — it truly feels like everything has been thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort. We especially appreciated the daily access to the sauna after snowboarding, as well as the on-site laundry facilities in the residence, which were extremely convenient. The restaurant deserves special praise and is simply outstanding. After a wonderful dinner, we asked whether they had croissants, and they kindly prepared them for us even though they were not on the menu. This level of service is truly exceptional. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and responsive. A solid 10 out of 10! We will definitely be coming back.

This is billed as a 4 star property on booking.com. The staff admitted to me that it is not a 4 star property. It’s fairly basic and is a self-catering apartment. Not at all a 4 star hotel

The appartment was fine, would be quit small for 6 tho but for 2 of 4 persons it's okay.

“It was sufficient for my purpose of enjoying skiing during my spring vacation.”

The apartment is very close to the ski slope and the supermarket. It was also nice to go for a walk to the center of Alp d'Huez (~20min). The equipment including bed/kitchen/bath was good and clean.

“Would recommend for short stay”

Excellent location, was very easy to go to skiing areas and to store the ski equipment. The stay was pleasant, however the room had old furniture, the sofa cum bed was very uncomfortable. The insulation of the room was not good because if people are partying all night, it’s not possible to fall asleep. Also, we had no room service & had to clean up the room/ throw waste by ourselves.

Apartment is small for 6 people but works well for groups of young people looking for a cheap ski holiday.
