“Awful experience”
Made to wait outside in the cold for 3 hours to collect keys. Facilities didn’t work with cold water and a broken hover. Rude staff overcharged for everything. Hidden costs everywhere

“Switched to an entirely different apartment block”
I like the location of the residence Ours Blanc, unfortunately we were switched to an apartment in an entirely different location, in another part of the town more than 10 minutes walk away. No notice given of the switch.
