“The hotel is good, the apartments need better upkeep and at least one toilet per room.”
I was quite appalled to book a two bedroom apartment for 4 adults for £4,000 for the week and for neither room to be ensuite. We four adults had to share one toilet, though there were two bath/shower rooms. This is not what we expect or have experienced elsewhere. I did go to reception and explain this, asking for the manager to contact me to discuss other options or my concerns - no-one contacted me. The receptionist stated that I should have asked for a toilet per room on booking - I recommend anyone visiting should do that!

“A great apartment close to the slopes”
A well equipped and comfortable apartment with easy access to the slopes. Very friendly and helpful staff. A nice bar and a good restaurant (wine a bit pricey). A good free pool and sauna area and access to massages and other spa facilities in the hotel for an extra charge.

very good size apartment and nicely furnished. quiet part of town. i loved the orange chair in the lounge of the apartment and sent an email asking for the maker so I can order some, but I have not had a response

very friendly and welcoming staff (thx Léa). Place is super friendly for bikers. We could keep bikes on the balcony, and we had lift almost from the inside of the residence. Supermarket is like 100m from the hotel.

Amazing apartment, very spacious and comfortable. It was very convenient to go snowboarding because the residence is close to the Alpe Express ski lift. There is a ski room, swimming pool and sauna available to use. In addition the ski shop and the restaraunt in the same building were great! The closest groceries is just 5 minutes walk.

Lovely spacious apartment and dog friendly. Lots of the benefits of a hotel but with the flexibility of an apartment. Pool was nice. Reception staff were great.

“Perfect location, definitely go for it!”
Very spacious room, nicely equipped with everything you need. Very good location of the hotel - one lift (and really closely located) to the pivot zone of the resort where you can take the next lift in any direction. On the other hand. the center with all of the cool restaurants for a night out is literally 5 mins away. We covered most of the highest-rated dining spots, never had to walk more than 10 mins. Extremely welcoming and helpful staff!
