“48 hours”
I stayed at this hotel for six days, though I admit I felt like I was four days too long in Lalibela. The room is spacious, very clean, and cold, with no air conditioning or heating. In October, the temperature is 23 degrees during the day and 5 degrees at night. You can request an extra blanket at reception.I highlight the attention of the staff.We were without power for an entire day. The hotel doesn't have its own generator. And power outages are very common in Ethiopia.

“Scenic views”
The lodge is in a very scenic location and it was refreshing to be able to enjoy the views. It was not far from the rock hewn churches on a tuk tuk ride. The dinner menu was tasty. The hotel also arranged a great guide for me who took me out daily to see the sites. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

The bungalows are located in an absolutely amazing garden. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff is very helpful. The food in the restaurant was great.

“Pleasant stay but management must update information about the lack of facilities”
The place was clean, quiet and well connected to nature. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Watched the sunset. The staff was very kind and helpful. There is no power in Lalibela due to the recent rebel attack, hence the generator was turned on from 7pm to 10 pm. Wi-Fi connectivity was only available in the reception, but it was a good way to disconnect. The local food, injera beef tibs, shiro bosera was excellent. The breakfast provided was good.

“Had a wonderful, relaxing time in Lalibela!”
The pool and the individual rooms were a real treat. We also managed to enjoy the sauna and steam room to the fullest, and the staff were very helpful when it came to booking transport to and from the city center. Breakfast was lovely, with a good selection to choose from the menu.
