We booked this hotel via Booking.com. The day after our stay I recieved an email that we did not show-up and our stay was cancelled, which is not true - the hotel simply accommodated us directly and did not confirm the booking. Then I can expect some issue with booking.com for breaking the rules

“Great place for the last nights of our vacation!”
Lovely hotel, the staff were amazing. Check in was smooth from Janette who gave us a full low down on the hotel and was a lovely host and great to talk to! Nice pool. Plenty of parking. Comfy room with everything you need. Good breakfast. They said they aiming to be the best Clarion Hotel, and they should be! Staff on check out and during the day also superb! Loved this hotel!
