“Awesome place to stay with good lake view and quiet environment”

The hosts Shiho san and Uchu san are very kind and warm persons. The cabin was clean and bright. It was a very comfortable place and environment. (We were driving from Sapporo airport to the cabin by using the highway -toll) Every evening when we returned to the cabin we had good restful night. The cabin is facing the serene lake, I really enjoyed the view. I can also see the fireworks at the lake from the cabin happening at 8.45pm every evening without driving out to the town. Great stayed for the 3 of us.

“This cabin made me want to buy a house here”

If you still keep thinking of it even after two months, it means it is a fabulous stay! We could not enjoy more about our stay in this cute and cozy cabin, literally everything makes us feel at home. It is right facing the lake (facing east) so every morning we were greeted by the breathtakingly beautiful scenery of the sun rise, the sun rise above lake toya. We took countless photos and I told my hubby I could stay here easily for one month! and I have to specifically thank our dearest host Sato and Ucho san! They are so warm, so helpful and so welcoming! We arrived by our car at night and it was snowing heavily, we were very close but took the turn in a small lane and it was steep and slippery due to the snow. I called Sato san(she speaks perfect English) and she came with Ucho san immediately. They helped us to reverse the car and drove us to the cabin in the right route..ARIGATO!!! This is true Japanese hospitality :) The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and it is a quiet community where we all had good sleep. Our family has spent an unforgettable xmas and new year here and the cabin is forever in our sweet memory

Great view and nice cozy house. Kitchen tool is fully equipped. Owner prepared pancake flour and coffee bean and we can having them in the morning with nice morning view.

Lake Tōya Cabin was perfect for our family of four. The lake and mountain views from the deck are breathtaking and incredibly peaceful. Spacious rooms and a well-equipped kitchen made traveling with two kids easy. It's quiet and safe, with plenty of space for the children to play. A wonderful, relaxing getaway we'd happily return to.

“Cute immaculate cabin in a secluded and peaceful location”

Great view and such a cute comfortable little cabin. It was so clean and well maintained. The hosts were incredibly kind for us and went over and above to help us when one of my kids was sick. They are angels. It’s a secluded little spot for some peace and quiet. Seeing the sunrise over the lake with the white capped mountains was a definite highlight of our trip

Incredible scene from window, beautiful cabin filled with high class equipment, and every detail making us home. This is absolutely the best place to stay beside Toya Lake. No matter how long you would like to stay, the host provides the adequate support for your trip.

“Just a perfect stay!”

Shiho and Ushu are the most friendliest and helpful people we ever met. They speak very good English and gave us lots of information. F.e. there's a great onsen, only 500 meters from the cabin. It 's only visited by local people. Don't miss it ! We had a problem with the GPS of our rental car and Ushu solved this problem immediately. Shiho gave us the fantastic suggestion of having breakfast in our cabin. The unbelievable tasteful breakfast is made by a friend of her. Shiho brought it herself every morning: a perfect start of the day. The cabin has a fantastic view on Lake Toya and is well equipped. It 's situated in the peaceful countryside, without any disturbing sounds, day and night. Result: we enjoyed a perfect sleep. Once back home we will think often of our stay at this cabin and at her great owners.

Cabin is tastefully designed, kitchen is fully equipped, with fresh coffee beans & various tea included, everything is provided, clean and new, beds are comfortable, very impressive, hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

The host is very responsive and ensures we are as comfortable as we can be. The cabin is very clean and neat, super well equipped with cooking utensils and seasoning. Good wifi. Comfortable bed and pillow. We even get to pluck blueberries from the yard.

The living place is clean and bright and it is over my expected. The view is so good even the house is not closed to the lake.

“Wonderful stay”

The hosts, Shiho and Uchu, were super hospitable, even before we reached, and were there to meet us and introduce the place. They also helped with great recommendations on what to go and how to get there. A nice bonus is that their English was really good, so it was easy to communicate. The house itself had a great, amazing view of the lake. It is also very tastefully decorated, with small touches that were v impressive like fresh flowers. We had a very comfortable stay and good nights rest there.

Extremely cozy and well furnished home with amazing views of lake toya. Hosts were super welcoming and checked in with us to make sure everything was alright. As we went in winter, sunset at 430, so you will need GPS to find the cabin easily
