Overview
Surrounded by lush greenery, Windsor Hotel Toya Resort boasts a golf course and tennis courts. Spacious rooms come with sea or lake views, while Bloom Spa Toya offers hot spring baths, massage treatments and fitness facilities. Rooms at Toya Windsor Resort come with an interior in light colours, floor-to-ceiling windows and a comfortable seating area. Amenities include an LCD TV, a minibar and an attached bathroom with designer toiletries, a bathtub and bathrobes. Free wired internet is provided. At Toya Windsor's spa, guests can enjoy the indoor pool with glass ceiling or unwind in the hot tub. They can take skiing lessons at Snow Village, or join a trekking tour. The ski slopes are open from January to mid-March. A playroom and sports activities are available for children. Traditional Japanese dishes can be enjoyed SUYAMA, and Japanese Teppanyaki grills at Out of Africa restaurant. Windsor Toya Hotel offers Italian cuisine, as well as a French pastry shop. The Polo Bar serves designer cocktails, non-alcoholic cocktails and 12 types of cigars. For breakfast, you may choose between Western or Japanese cuisine. The Windsor Hotel Toya Resort & Spa offers free shuttles to Toya Station, a 30-minute drive away.

The facilities - Onsen, swimming pool and fitness centre were what we had chosen the hotel for as we wanted an evening and morning of relaxation following two weeks of skiing. The facilities were excellent. There were different restaurants to choose from, Breakfast was either a set Japanese menu or an American buffet and cooked breakfast in a different restaurant. We opted for the American breakfast which was cooked superbly - we both had scrambled eggs. The buffet selection had fresh fruit and salad and a range of breads and pastries which were delicious. We had Sushi set menu for dinner which was prepared in front of us and the chef explained everything and was a delight. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

The VIEW was UNBELIEVABLE! You have to see it to believe it. Lake Toya on one side and the Pacific Ocean on the other side! ONE OF A KIND hotel.

It's a nice property with beautiful lounge room. The room size is spacious and relatively modern. I love the internal shopping facilities. Very convenient.

“Hokkaido's best kept Open Secret.”
It's an amazing hotel sited on top of a hill overlooking on one side Lake Toya and on the, a bay being part of Sea of Japan and one has a 360° view of the entire valley lake and mountains including of Mt Yotei in the distance. Its also a beautiful n lavishly appointed hotel and one of its many claims to fame is being the site of a G8 Summit hotel in 2008. It has many lovely restaurants, a great onsen plus a nice golf course to boot. Locals regard this hotel as Hokkaido's most prestigious hotel, and one can fully understand once you stay there. The staff are so professional and courteous fm the doorman to everyone you come into contact as they all seem so conscious they have a very high reputation to maintain as The Top hotel in the region. A Must Return to hotel.

“Scenic beauty, grand decor and amazing food”
The settings and views are superb: from one side totally unobstructed views of Lake Toya and the sea on the other side! Our room had a Lake view and we took full advantage of that. The hotel decor, style and appearance are grand, and not by chance this hotel has been a repeated choice for several high profile events, such as G8 summits and so on. The choice of restaurants and food is varied and the quality of the food is excellent (we tried only Japanese food). The onsen/spa (one of them, which alternates daily between male and female) has an outdoor warm pool, with views of Lake Toya. Aside the onsen, there are very good facilities including swimming pools, souvenir shops, golf, skiing (in winter), etc.
