“Delightful hotel, well run and excellent restaurants”
Excellent hotel, very well run. Very comfortable room. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Ate in both the fine dining restaurant and the more casual restaurant and both were excellent. Nice to have complimentary shuttle to Lake Louise. Staff were friendly and helpful.

“Our Snow Adventure at Post Hotel”
The ambience was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and the dining room staff were very attentive. Couldn't fault anything.

We had an incredible stay at the Post Hotel and Spa. The hotel is beautifully decorated and we received a very warm welcome on our arrival. Our room was wonderful, with comfortable beds and a lovely balcony. The bathroom was very clean and had everything we required for a comfortable stay - including l’occitane toiletries. We especially liked the tea and coffee served in the lobby of the hotel in the afternoon. We enjoyed the swimming pool, steam room and whirlpool. Beautiful setting. The inclusive shuttle bus to Lake Louise was excellent. We enjoyed our dinners at the Outpost restaurant. Surpassed our high expectations. Would highly recommend!

It's super close to Lake Louise and has free private shuttle to and from the ski hills everyday. The staff are really friendly and lively.

“Good location and nice amenities”
Lovely L’Ocitanne products. Nice tea and coffee available for free in the mornings. Spa was quiet in the evening, hot tub pool was enjoyable after a long day walking. Good proximity to shuttle buses to the lakes. Trailhead Cafe close by - would highly recommend! Absolutely brilliant earplugs available in the room, which unfortunately we did need to use, but they worked well!

Great location, friendly staff. Pub nex5 door excellent, pool area nice. Only hitch was that room had open fire and smelled strongly of wood smoke.
