Spacious, clean, good rooms, large parking lot, everything was great.

Operational gym, pool, big hotel that honestly should be busier.

The staff was helpful, and provided us with information about the surrounding area. We were somewhat concerned that when we arrived, ours was the only car in the parking lot. The staff apologized for the fact that they were very few people at the time when we checked in, they explained that they were doing poor business during their off season. The facility also has a nice swimming, pool and sauna, but we did not have the opportunity to make use of either

I like the amenities; the grill area, bar, margaritas were 1A love it , we visited on weekend that was raining a lot so we move from The outside to the main area next to the pool and finished our Bday party inside. The play room for kids they don’t mention that on the website. Is a small room with pimpom table and other machines that works with quarters. When you at the bar your lids can be there having fun too.

the amenities stated a heated pool and a hot tub. There was a pool, but not heated. And there was no hot tub on the facilities. I also asked (placard on door) to have the room cleaned and NOTHING was done in the room. When i approached the front counter 2 times. both times the associate was on their personal phone and did not address me until after a few minutes. I also called down a few hours later from the room phone and no one answered as i let the phone right for 8 mins straight. i waited 20 mins and called again to ask where the ice machine was because there was none on the first floor. Also ice machine as stated in the amenities and none were to be found. When i called the front desk to ask where it was they only spoke Spanish and after a 6 min conversation trying to ask where the ice machine was they just said "no we don't have" How do you not have an Ice machine when in the room is a small ice basket?!?!?! don't stay here. Its cheap "ish" but not worth it.
