A very charming conversion into a holiday house. Quiet, historic village location within 10km of motorway. We stayed one night on our way to the Alps. Could easily have stayed longer to explore the local area. Found amazing bar/restaurant tucked away down a side street called Les Vignes d’Hortense. Patrick was very hospitable and quick to answer messages. Thank you.

Beautifully restored farmhouse. Very comfortable and everything we required for overnight stop. Patrick was there to welcome us. Really enjoyed our stay and the area.

This charming stone house, styled with a medieval theme, intrigued us all. Its ample garden, proximity to restaurants, and shops made our stay practical. Our host, Patrick, was welcoming and helpful despite our limited French. It was a pleasant and memorable pause on our journey southward.

Nice cottage, well renovated in the old style. Enough space in the house and a great porch in front of the house. Parking lot for 1 car, easy access and within 7 car minutes a big supermarket.

This was our fourth stay at this excellent property. Our host Patrick was extremely helpful as always, and even advised us on the best restaurant to go to. Laives is in a perfect spot between our house in Italy and the Eurotunnel and provides an excellent stopping place for us. The property is always in excellent form and is very comfortable. Since we arrived during the daytime, we could appreciate the interesting architecture of the village, and were able to have an excellent dinner in the area. We will be back to this great property the next time we make this trip. Highly recommended!

Do not stay anywhere else! This place is fantastic, I cannot stress how lovely both the gite and Patrick are! We stayed for one night and it really was superb! Patrick has thought of everything to make your stay exceptional. Wish we were staying longer!!!

Everything was so great! We're happy to visited this beautiful place. Landlord so courteous. This building is incredibly beautiful and authentic. This is a real museum :) The kitchen is fully equipped! There is also an incredibly beautiful courtyard with a large barbecue. Has its own parking. Nearby is Ashan. We definitely want to come back to this house.
