“An oasis of calm to which we will definitely return!”
It was an oasis of calm - a beautiful old farm in a rural location but near to amenities in nearby villages and town .The room was large, airy and comfortable. The breakfast was superb - a feast! Our hostess was so welcoming and helpful.

Beautiful quiet location, with warm welcoming hosts. Within driving distance to all significant tourist areas. Exceptional breakfast with fresh croissants, breads, goats cheese and more with fresh coffee.

“Beautiful house in a tranquil setting.”
We loved staying here in this beautiful 200 year old farmhouse just minutes from the historical town. We were greeted by Marie and the very friendly cat! In the morning we met Marie's equally charming husband. It is so peaceful and the interior is beautiful. It is worth taking a moment to study the oak staircase. The breakast was excellent. Easy parking. Perfect location. Very peaceful. We would stay here again. Highly recommended.

Upon arrival you immediately imagined you were on holiday. A long, unpaved road to a static farm with sheep and goats along the same road. The children can play outside, there are some playhouses and other play equipment in the large garden. On arrival a friendly welcome by the owner. The rooms are quite big and the beds are just right. The bathroom is spacious enough and fully equipped. The decor of the rooms fits very well with the rest of the building. The breakfast is very good. Lots of choice, almost too much.

“Lovely hosts, perfect for us as a stopover”
This was lovely accommodation, set off road in like a farm setting, although a little tired and aged, we loved the character of it. The host and her husband were very lovely and friendly. We didn't speak much French and they didn't speak much English, but that didn't appear to be a problem. Breakfast was exceptional, homemade apple tart, cheeses, bread, yogurt etc. The room was large and overlooked the courtyard/drive, it was a very quiet location and quite remote hence my rating as it wouldn't suit all. The bed was comfy, the sheets were clean, the shower was hot.. albeit a little dated.

Great place to stop on our way to Spain. Beaugency recommended which was lovely for dinner and gorgeous town to wander around, only 10 mins drive away. Very hospitable hosts. Room lovely and clean yes a little dated but we loved it. Breakfast was delicious especially the home made apple tart. Great place fir an overnight stay

“Perfect stay, perfect hosts”
This was a beautiful spot for an overnight stay after a long drive, beautiful property set in lovely grounds, with a very friendly cat that went for a walk with us. The house is lovely, the hosts were really nice, the room was really clean and spacious and the breakfast was superb, it is also ideally situated very near to Beaugency which is a glorious ancient town on the Loire. We will return on our next journey down or up through France

“One night near Chambord”
The location is really nice, and so are the hosts and breakfast. Beaugency is beautiful and just 10 minutes away by car.
