Terrible experience. The video instructions showed that the entrance door would be open, but when I arrived, it was locked. After I reported the issue, they claimed that another apartment visitor had locked it. I ended up struggling for nearly an hour late at night just to get the key. Nobody answered my phone calls. Communication was only through messages, and I kept receiving excuses such as "I'm 40 km away" and "I'll send someone nearby." The support was extremely poor. There was no housekeeping service during my 5-day stay, and the breakfast options were very limited. The property is also in a very remote location, making it inconvenient for travelers. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

An absolutely fantastic place to stay in the heart of Tuscany! The apartments are beautiful, comfortable, and very well equipped. The pool overlooking the rolling hills is stunning, and the sunrises here are truly magical. The charming gazebo is perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Without a doubt, one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed!

Overall it was one of the nicest locations, surrounded by Tuscan hills. Great pool, a lot of outside tables to have dinner, barbecue area. Very well kept and tidy. The staff was very nice and accomodating. Already planning my next vacation to tuscany to stay there

The host was super nice and talkative, we had nice chats. Everything was perfect, we had no questions or problems during our stay. The views were perfect, there were a lot of nice restaurants, views, winerys and so on in the area.

Good communication from the hosts. We arrived earlier than anticipated, but there was still someone there to greet us with the keys and to show us around the apartment, the facilities, and to give advice on the area and answer questions. Nothing was ever too much trouble for our hosts. The accommodation was in a rural location, but not too far from the airport or the nearest town, and there are plenty of places to visit, but you will need a car- just hope that Booking.com and their partner Ecovia don't let you down on the car hire front.

“Beautiful Tuscan escape”

Firstly, the staff were all super friendly and accommodating, always taking time for a chat and to say hello, they were all lovely and made us feel at home! Secondly, the location is beautiful, with amazing scenes of the Tuscan countryside. It's very peaceful and scenic, such a nice relaxing area with good connections to larger cities as well. Finally, the apartment we had, Otello, was a great size, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Allowed us to cook for ourselves comfortably and with the onsite clothes machines, allowed us to relax and put our feet up. Will definitely look to be back next time we visit the area, as it's such a lovely and well equipped Tuscan escape.

I liked the scenery very much. So silent and peaceful. In the beginning I was like, okay, this is interesting, but in the end I really loved it. It is a specific type of accomodation.

We had the most wonderful stay at Casa d’Era. The hosts were attentive and available to help when needed. They gave great advice on places to visit including directions. The apartment was rustic and everything we wanted from our holiday in Tuscany. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We traveled with two babies. The hosts provided cots with bedding and highchairs. There was plenty of space for them to play both indoors and outdoors including swings and slides in the beautiful garden. The location is secluded so a car is a must. They have plenty of space for parking and even have EV charging. The nearest small town is a 5 minute drive away. Supermarket is about 10 minutes. Train station is about 20 minutes away. Breakfast is available daily in the garden for just €10 per person with a great variety of fresh foot and drinks. Highchairs are available for babies here too. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning.

Everything was just perfect! Our appointment was fantastic, the views are magnificent. Our hosts were so friendly, they helped us with everything, gave us suggestions and even booked us a restaurant for one of the evenings. The villa is close to the most popular cities. Breakfast was super! It was just like a dream!
