Set in the Black Forest countryside, This traditional country hotel garni in Lahr-Sulz offers a pretty beer garden (only open on special occasions) and its own lake with boat rentals. The Hotel Dammenmühle offers cosy accommodation in relaxing surroundings. Three of the hotel's guest houses were fully renovated in 2008-9. Rent a boat and explore the idyllic lake, or treat yourself to the hotel’s year-round activities.

Friendly staff, confortable and clean room. The restaurant offers a good variety of food. Breakfast is super. Friendly employee at the reception.

“This hotel offerred a nice large room, and was enjoyable to stay at. A few items were outdated.”
The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. It offerred enough food to enjoy things. The two restaurants onsite were a nice way to get a tasty meal. The room was a great size.

“Black-forest adventure with Hotel Dammenmühle”
Excellent location in the middle of nature. Surrounded with woods and scenic walking/cycling trails. Perfect for spending some quite time in the nature. They have a free parking and also they have a brewery at the back. There is a sports club nearby.They have a nice pond full of fish and turtles. The breakfast was nice.

“Magical”
The domain is out of a fantasy book. Quiet, lots of nature, just lovely! Really awesome value for money. And if it so happens one needs to work from there, wi-fi signal strength was really good; could VPN and remote access without any problems.
