“Great Apartment, Amazing Host”

Good size, GREAT host

“Central, clean apartment. Would return.”

We chose to stay in the old town of Zaragoza because we were there for 2 nights. It’s beautiful but you cannot drive in the old town . We parked for two days for €50. If you accept that, the rest is wonderful! The owner tells you nearest car park - I can’t remember name but it’s underneath the main square. The apartment was great. On third floor but there’s a lift. Easy to get in. Responsive host. Very clean. We ate out but had breakfast and kitchen seemed well equipped. It’s really near the main square and the restaurant area ‘El Tubo’ but we preferred a nearby square not in El Tubo. There’s a big Dia supermarket nearby. We were there during the unseasonal heatwave and the aircon was great! Basically it’s a great little apartment, very central and we would go back.

This apartment is a great find. Literally at the bottom of the hill to Laguardia but there is a lift up into town a few hundred meters away. You can park right outside the flat, which is a joy after 3 weeks in centro historico car parks. The apartment is modern enough and actually comfortable, rather than just looking good, with a great balcony with brilliant view! There are wineries within walking distance so you can ditch the car. The town is v small with some nice restaurants. Alberto, the host, met us to hand over the keys and he had lots of maps etc to give local knowledge. So much better than the internet! The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed and the bathroom is fine. The whole place is spotlessly clean! It was so good we stayed an extra night! Would definitely recommend!

Alberto the host was excellent, a really nice guy and very helpful. The apartment was very clean and had everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. There is car parking and the location is good. Its a 10 minute walk to the lift that takes you up to the town. The vineyards are literally up to the back fence of the apartment!

Everything ! Very clean, comfortable apartment located 5 minutes from the lift into the old town. Everything there that you would need and nothing that you don't. TV was good with You tube, Netflix etc too. We particularly liked the outside terrace and enjoyed drinks there after walking. Good walking around the lakes with a choice of distances. Well worth exploring a little further afield eg. Kripan - the views from the road are amazing. Prehistoric sites all around and easily accessible. Nice places in Laguardia old town to enjoy coffee, drinks, pinxtos etc. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed staying in the appartement and in Laguardia. The appartement is very well equiped, spacious and has an ideal location to discover the surroundings. And the host Alberto is very kind and helpfull

Location was fantastic, great car parking. Owner meet us and gave us maps and recommendations on where to eat. The apartment was everthing you need away from home. Don't worrie about the road. It is very quiet of a night. It's just a a small walk to the elavator to take you up to the walled town. The service station restraunt was very good. A nice touch was the bottle of red wine, to enjoy on balcony. I would stay her again.

We were very luck to find this very comfortable apartment. Apartment had everything we needed for a short stay in this beautiful historic town. Everything was spotless and beds were very comfortable. We loved the very comfortable and inviting balcony. Our host was very welcoming. We will return to this town again and would hope to return for a longer stay to Vivienda Turística Lore Artian

“Great Base for La Rioja”

The views over the vineyards to the foothills and mountains was stunning. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious -- perfect for our 4-night stay. It was great to have free parking right there. Alberto was helpful and accommodating, and his English is very good too.
