we're not shown to room and we chose the wrong the key fitted lock however. At 1.30 am we had to sift rooms.. used the private parking in a 4 story parking build and that took one hour to find the park because of rather vague description in a heavy Spanish accent.those rwo issues aside and if was OK 4

“We will not return”
We were advised that because of a storm our room was not available so we were being put in a nearby apartment. It was not very nice - a bit stained and very old fashioned. We did not feel comfortable in it. The breakfast is very poor. A coffee a juice and a single piece of toast. I asked for another slice of toast and a fill up of coffee and was told that I would have to pay for it! When we challenged the extremely surly owner he said that they offer a free breakfast and any extras must be paid for. We told him that booking.com describe it as breakfast included and we did not think our request was unreasonable - we had to pay for it! We have been travelling round Spain and Portugal for 5 weeks and this breakfast and the management’s attitude is the worst we have encountered. We see now that others have made similar comments.

The family room was brilliant Two new, spotless adjoining bedrooms and a bathroom. Perfect for us with two small kids and better than the photos. The bar and restaurant were friendly, busy, and great food. The location in the centre of beautiful LaGuardia. Fantastic
