The house is really nice, and charming, in a very quiet place, sourrounding by old houses, and very close to all commodities. A place where I will come back with real pleasure.

“Quaint & cosy stay”
It is an old house, so it is rustic and quaint. It was cosily decorated and comfortable overall. It is also located right at the start of a row of lovely heritage buildings in Lærdalsoyri.

A beautiful apartment in a building from 1846, built in the traditional architecture of the area. Laerdal is a small, quiet, traditional village in the fjords. The apartment had an excellent layout, all amenities, and above all outstanding furniture and decoration. Helene was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

“Wonderfully serene”
Location is super quaint - and loved up to expectations. Heritage but with some nice modern touches - bathroom large and modern, comfy beds, modern kitchen. Lived just chilling and being in the moment - having no TV is a real blessing as means you have to stop and relax. Was a lovely stay in a charming village. Highly recommend. (Just missing a washing machine)

“Lovely property but not exactly as advertised”
Location was very convenient for sightseeing around the Sognefjord area. Very charming oldie worldly atmosphere. Shops & a restaurant close by. Great for those who want to self cater.

Code to access entry key was different from the one given at time of booking About ten attempts to call the owners , they never answered their phone. Local people tried to help, but to no avail. Later in the evening, after having to go to another hotel , I noticed they sent a message with all the info, but this is AFTER THE FACTS. and why on earth not answer your phone rather than sending messages which were only noticed when it was too late. I want to claim my money back and will contact booking .com Besides, and not related to my complaint, the place is impossible to find, since no mention of any name or reference to apartment or B&B or residence. Also looks shabby and only with local help could we find the rear door and stairs where we should have been able to get in A total failure and to be avoided in the future
