A perfect location for exploring Paphos, Latschi, and the surrounding area... a car is necessary though... the cottage itself is fully equipped... everything was spotlessly clean upon our arrival, a delicious bottle of wine (the winery isn't far away and well worth a visit) and some snacks were waiting for us on the table, and we could easily contact Pavlos via WhatsApp at any time if we had any questions or needed anything... I would definitely stay there again...

For the price, this place was great. Well equipped kitchen and comfy lounge. Parking was available outside but busy at times because of the building work going on. Short walk from the beach and promenade.

“Perfect stay close to the beach”

I liked the place and the location very much. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. For example, the kitchen was very well equipped, there were even different types of teas/coffee/peppers, a lot of different dishes. The bedrooms are good, beds are comfortable, there are additional blankets, and everything. The view from the big bedroom is beautiful. I really appreciated mosquito nets everywhere. Also windows drowned out the sounds from the street well.

Location was perfect, across the road from the beach, a short walk to the village, surrounded by trees and birds and very quiet! Pavlos communicated quickly, not that we had any issues.

“A lovely peaceful break”

The apartment was spotlessly clean, in a good location 10 mins walk to Latchi harbour and restaurants. The front patio had a table and chairs with the same at the back and side, so it gave us all round sunshine when we were there. Savlos, the owner came and introduced himself and made sure we had everything we needed. The spiral staircase didn't bother us but people need to be aware of it. We would definately go back,

“Excellent accommodation”

The apartment is located in a small apartment complex, in a small fishing village. The surroundings are quiet, pleasant. The sea is approx. 5 minutes walk. The apartment has everything you need on vacation... and more. I didn't mind the steep stairs leading to the first floor. The garden is large, there is parking.

Great apartment with sea view and private garden. The apartment is clean, very well equipped. 5 minutes walk to the center, where there are restaurants and shops, as well as a nice port. 2 minutes to the sea, just cross a not busy road. There is a children's playground and a restaurant on the beach. Free parking in front of the house. Pavlos is a very nice and helpful owner. We were very pleased with our stay.

The house is big, enough for 4 persons, well equipped, really close to the beach and a 10min walk to the harbour where there are restaurants and shops open even now in january.Good water pressure, free parking just outside the house, and the area is quite quiet, I suppose in summer it s not the same. Wholeheartedly recommend staying in Pavlos's property.

Amazing location, just across from the beach and close to supermarkets and restaurants. The decor was lovely, very nicely done. Shower was hot and the instructions provided by our host were exceptional. Thanks Pavlos. We will definitely be back.

Great Location very close to the beach (just 50m), and in close walking distance to the harbour with shops and restaurants. Apartment was spacious, with well equipped kitchen. Large ground floor terasse/yard with possibility of BBQ with many outside sitting posibilities and drying rack for clothes. Communication with the host was super, in advance he sent tips on locations and restaurants, when we reported that we broke one part in kitchen, host was very friendly.

The apartment was well situated, spacious, and clean, well equipped with plenty of cutlery etc. The bedrooms were big and main bedroom had a great view of the sea, which was only a couple of minutes away. Would highly recommend.

Great location. The design of the apartments are super cosy. The air conditioners work good. It's very clean. The kitchen has everything you need.
