It's very spacious, clean, comfortable and well furnished. Complete with washing machine, water heater and cooler, fridge, gas stove, microwave oven and tv.

The host is very friendly and helpful, and the house is well-equipped with everything guests may need, including Astro. The apartment is conveniently located near several shops and a delicious restaurant about 1 km away. There is also a grocery shop and another restaurant just downstairs. Thank you for preparing such a wonderful home for us—it truly exceeded our expectations.

The house was complete and clean. They have water dispenser. Parking allocated for one car only. If you have extra car, have to ask security to avoid taking other tenants parking lot.

The view from 12th floor was just splendid. They have great water dispenser , it is easier for us to get clean water & hot water to drink, Easy to enter the house with good safety door lock. The area is a bit quiet & helpful neighbor.

Floor area, kitchen, bedrooms are clean. Toilet ok. Bargain price if compared to hotels in the town area. (15 mins drive to town) . Shower water are strong flow, heater / aircon / refrigerator are functioning well.
